I spent a few weeks at Coliving1907 and ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much! The neighbourhood is beautiful, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés and local spots to explore nearby. The location is perfect for discovering Las Palmas and enjoying the city like a local.

Raquel was incredibly helpful, welcoming and always happy to assist, which made the whole experience even better. It’s a lovely place to stay, whether you’re visiting for a short trip or planning to spend a few weeks in the city.

It’s a very well equipped Coliving and a good size. Everyone has their own bathroom except two rooms but they also pay less.
The only downside is the busy street next to the Coliving. If you want to sleep with an open window, earplugs are necessary. But that’s nothing the Coliving can do about. Everything else I loved. 🫶🏻

I have spent 2 weeks here in mid-August - would definitely recommend it! Great location, just in the city center with all the nice coffee places, restaurants and shops close by, the accommodation itself was also great, Rachel was a great host and very helpful and sorted out all pending requests from my side quickly. There is super nice terrasse for work or just chill and the premises had all the equipment needed. The only downside was the heat in the room, as there is no air conditioning but we got a fan to handle it. Also the room could get quite noisy from the outside in the night but the earplugs could help. I would definitely visit again if I am back to Gran Canaria.

Mijn verblijf bij Coliving 1907 was in één woord fantastisch! Raquel is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host, het huis en de kamer waren schoon, de andere gasten in de coliving voelden na een aantal weken als vrienden en de buurt bevat enorm veel restaurants, cafés en winkels. Remote werken vanaf de rooftop of vanuit je eigen kamer gaat zonder problemen: de rooftop is ruim en de wifi is sterk. Twee puntjes die ik iets minder vond: de afstand tot het strand (al ben je er met de bus in minder dan een half uur) en de straat die ook 's nachts best wel wat lawaai de slaapkamer inbrengt. Maar hiertegen werken oordoppen goed ;)

La estancia ha sido estupenda en cuanto a la profesionalidad de Raquel, la limpieza de las zonas privadas y comunes y la ubicación de la misma.

Excelente experiencia en Coliving 1907. Ubicación perfecta con todo cerca, restaurantes, tiendas y transporte, lo que facilita tanto la vida diaria como explorar la ciudad.
La casa es preciosa, combina encanto histórico con espacios modernos con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La habitación Jardín Canario es amplia, luminosa y cómoda, algo ruidosa ya que está cerca de una calle principal pero que no fue un impedimento para trabajar. La terraza es fantástica tanto para socializar como relajarse.
Raquel fue muy atenta, siempre dispuesta, ofreciendo recomendaciones útiles y atendiendo cualquier necesidad. Muy recomendable, sin duda volvería.
