The place is spacious, bright and clean. The owner of the place - Raquel - is very warm-wecoming and helpful person, who really cares of people living there. Each room has a very comfortable and big table with automatically adjustable height. Some rooms however have windows facing to the street which can be a bit noisy due to traffic. The kitchen is big and has everything you need, there are also common areas where you can work/relax together with other people and the internet connection is perfect everywhere. Highly recommended!
In the heart of the old town, this building is full of character and well-established plants and even a tree! The kitchen is well equipped, there's lots of space both in the rooms, for eating and preparing food and the roof terrace is large with lots of seating and shade. There's a café on the street below, pharmacy nearby and a short walk takes you to a large shopping area and a park. The bus station is next to the park. It is situated in a great location, the only negative is the road noise but it isn't really a problem in the night.
The house is very nice and clean. Great facilities for remote work. All was good. The only issue I have is that I did not experience a strong community there, which I think is very important for a co-living. I would suggest the host to organise events (cookouts on the terrace for example) and filter people that are not coming for the digital nomad lifestyle / don't share common interests with others. Like this the place can become awesome and much more popular within the digital nomad community.
We stayed in this place for a month. The overall experience is very controversial. Pros: 1. Good location, easy access to pretty much everything 2. Big and very comfortable terrace on the rooftop. 3. Good internet connection Cons: 1. Kitchen. Messy and dirty. It gets cleaned once a week, but it's not nearly enough for such a place. The smell from the sink was so terrible throughout the whole stay that it was practically impossible to stay there. 2. Cleaning. The first night we were greeted with a layer of dust under the bed and clogged sink and shower pipes. 3. Noise. The windows are very old, you'd hear everything that happens on the street. Moreover, our door did not close tightly so it added up to the overall noisy atmosphere. 4. Room locks system. The doors are old and every time the door moves a little bit the lock on the door starts screaming. In the middle of the night it would wake us up quite a few times. 5. No community. It was more like a students' dormitory than a coliving space.
Everything is perfect here. It is my first stay in a coliving/coworking space and I am very happy to have chosen Coliving 1907. The reasons are the following: 1. the house is in the middle of the beautiful old town. There are many advantages over accommodations on the beach. For example, there are incredibly many good and cheap food options (on the beach it is very expensive and the quality is unfortunately often poor). Directly in front of the house is a bistro, with outstanding quality (Bachacho). In addition, the old town is beautiful and it is also not far to the beach. 2. the rooms are excellent: clean, good mattresses, private bathrooms. 3. raquel is very helpful and assists you with any questions you may have. 4. the prices are fair. I can fully recommend Coliving 1907 as a freelancer. 10/10
5 Stars - great coliving, stayed there for 1 month and booked 3 more in a few months. Very satisfied with my stay, the coliving is great, Raquel is a great host, met many nice people there. The design in the rooms - and the entire house - is very well done and everything just feels great about it, you can see they put a lot of effort and time into it. You can see it from the pictures - it's even better in real life. Keep in mind that some rooms are more noisy because of the street close by, if you're sensitive to noise, just ask before booking for more information. The coliving is a bit further from the beach, but that's not an issue because the beach gets really busy during tourist season and it's nice to get away from the crowds when you want to. The old town area that the coliving is located in is great and probably the most beautiful part of the entire city. There's countless shops/cafes/gym a short walk away so it's also a very convenient place to live. Hope this helps if you're still deciding 🙂 Oh, and the rooms have standing desks so it's very easy to work from them.
Very beautiful and well-designed coliving where I had a chance to stay for 1.5 months. Room was very comfortable and well equipped to work remotely. Sometimes I used to work from the terrace as well, there is a high-speed internet everywhere in the house. But mostly I used a terrace for chill 🙂 Kitchen is also organized and you can find and use anything that is needed for cooking and keeping food. Location is amazing - a lot of supermarkets around, large bus station San Telmo, parks, bars, restaurants, different shops. Just 7 minutes from Vegueta - historical center of Las Palmas. The host, Raquel is very kind and punctual. She was answering any question or request within 5 minutes in WhatsApp. And in coliving your neighbors can be nice and interesting people from all over the world, so were mine 😉
Very spacious house very well located, in the historical centre and near the main bus station (and one block away from the The House coworking space). Las canteras only 15 minutes away by bus / bicycle. The owner is super nice and always available. You'll meet great people during your stay there. To be fully transparent, it can get a bit noisy in the rooms as it is next to a street. But that's the case everywhere in Las Palmas.
Elegant house and well designed rooms with comfortable beds and working space, bonus of a nice rooftop to work and chill. Ideally located in the historical center of Triana with everything you need a few minutes away and the San Telmo bus station just 5 minutes walk l, from where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island. More on the expensive side but you get what you pay for as Raquel, the host, takes care of every little detail to make your stay a memorable one. Met some amazing people in this house!
Loved all about this coliving! Beautiful rooms, well-equipped, with super high ceilings and an awesome height adjustable desk. The owner was super nice, responsive, and accommodating. The balance between the community and privacy is perfect, especially if you're not looking for a super intense experience. I would recommend stays of 2-3 months, or at least a month. There's a gorgeous patio and a rooftop perfect for hanging out or working. Fast and reliable wifi in the rooms and the common areas. Again, loved all about it and look forward to coming back. Would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a mid-long stay in Las Palmas.
I came to Coliving 1907 for a 3 months stay and ended up staying 10 months. Raquel, the host, is very friendly and helpful, making you feel home. You'll also find a nice community of people. The location is quite good if you like the old town. Since it's located right in the old town, there is some noise in the streets but it's bearable. The house is beautiful, with an pretty nice rooftop terrace to work or just hang out. The rooms are quite spacious with plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows, and they all have an adjustable standing desk, which is awesome if you like to work from your room as I do. WIFI is fast and reliable. Overall, I highly recommend the coliving for anyone looking for a place in Las Palmas.
